Linked CDS definition
Linked CDS means the credit default swaps entered into between the Seller and Société Générale, New York pursuant to confirmations dated 3 October 2008 and having the reference numbers CDO0821741, CDO0821742 and CDO0821743, respectively.
Linked CDS means the credit default swaps entered into between the Seller and Société Générale, pursuant to confirmations dated 2 July 2009 and having the reference numbers EXO-2855172, EXO-2855175 and EXO-2855188, respectively.
