Link Out definition

Link Out or “Linking Out” means communicating and promoting offers, in Your Application that is distributed through the App Store, to end users regarding digital goods or services that are available for purchase in a distribution channel of Your choice. The distribution channel can be a website, Alternative App Marketplace (EU), or another app, whether operated by You or someone else, and it can be accessed outside Your Application, or appear within Your Application as a web view. In addition, You may choose whether to take users to their destination using an actionable link (i.e., a link that can be tapped, clicked, or scanned).
Link Out or “Linking Out” means communicating and promoting offers in Your Music Streaming Services App (EEA) that is distributed through the App Store to end users regarding digital goods or services that are available for purchase in a distribution channel of Your choice. The distribution channel can be a website, Alternative App Marketplace (EU) (as defined in the Alternative Terms Addendum for Apps in the EU), or another app, whether operated by You or someone else, and it can be accessed outside Your Music Streaming Services App (EEA) or appear within Your Music Streaming Services App (EEA) as a web view. In addition, You may choose whether to take users to their destination using an “Actionable Link” (i.e., a link that can be tapped, clicked, or scanned).
Link Out or “Linking Out” means using a link from Your Application that is distributed through the App Store to take end users to a website You own or have responsibility for to purchase digital goods and services in accordance with the requirements of Section 3 of this Addendum.
