Link Budget definition

Link Budget means the link budget attached as Exhibit C and incorporated herein.
Link Budget means the accounting of all of the gains and losses from the ground station transmitter and antenna, through space, to the receiving satellite and the subsequent return gains and losses from the satellite back to the ground receiver. A link budget accounts for the attenuation of the transmitted signal due to space propagation, as well as antenna gains, cabling and miscellaneous losses.

  • OCV acknowledges that the Link Budget is acceptable for use by it and Ascent in performing their respective obligations under this Agreement.

  • Only as may be required for collecting the Link Budget Data, the City grants Avista Edge and/or its contractors permission to access City Customers’ premise(s) alongside city authorized personnel as may be required by City within Parties agreed to schedule, and allowing for any City required City Customer notification for such access.

  • No personally identifiable information (“PII”) will be included in the Link Budget Data, and Avista Edge will own the Link Budget Data.
