Linear Project definition

Linear Project means construction or reconstruction of roads, trails, sidewalks, or rail lines that are not part of a common plan of development or sale. Rehabilitation is not considered reconstruction. Rehabilitation includes mill and overlay and other resurfacing activities within existing right-of-way that do not expose underlying soils.
