A Line Training Captain is a Company designated flight instructor to whom a Pilot under IOE is assigned.
The Company may assign a Pilot to become a Line Training Captain on his existing job, provided the Pilot agrees to the assignment.
In the event such a Pilot decides he no longer wishes to be a Line Training Captain, he will be permitted to remain on his existing job C.
Line Training Captain: A line Pilot designated by the Company to conduct line training, line indoctrination, Line Checks Ground Training (i.e. Groundschool, and who may hold a Company Check Pilot authority.
Supplemental Pay: Check Airman, Field Check Airman, Pilot Mechanic, Lead Pilot, Line Training Captain, IFR/SIC, Test Pilot, Heavy Aircraft, and ATP.

Company designated Line Training Captain who performs Line Indoctrination or Ground Training shall receive a daily premium of fifty dollars ($50.00).
