Line Secretariats mean the Borrower’s state secretariat of finance and the Borrower’s secretariats involved in the Project Sectors.

Secretariat means the office constituted as per Sub-Clause (1) of Clause 6 of the Scheme.
Cabinet Secretary means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance;
Corporate Secretary means the corporate secretary of the Corporation;
General Counsel means the General Counsel of the Corporation.
General Council means the General Council of the University;
