Line Item Overrun definition
Line Item Overrun means, as of a particular date for a particular line item of the Base Budget, the amount, if any, by which (x) the costs for such line item actually incurred by the Company on or before such date exceeds (y) the dollar amount of such line item in the Base Budget.
