Line Down definition

Line Down means any suspension, change, or pushout by Seller that causes a shutdown of a manufacturing line within six (6) weeks of the date of delivery on the purchase order.

Examples of Line Down in a sentence

  • All such Line Down Charges shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days of notice to Seller by Hillrom of same.

  • If, because Products (a) are damaged in any manner, (b) are not delivered in accordance with the specified delivery schedule, or (c) are manufactured, packaged or are in any way not in conformity with Specifications or the Agreement, Hillrom must shut down an assembly line at its facility, Seller shall be required to pay Hillrom for the Line Down Charges.
