Line Connection Certificate definition
Line Connection Certificate means the form statement as defined as Attachment VI/11 duly signed by the subscriber upon installation and testing, as described in Attachment VI of a Connected Line which will certify the full capability of the connection and for normal commercial operation of the Connected Line.
