If Line Clear still fails to meet SF Express’ standards and requirements despite agreements and joint efforts made by both parties, SF Express shall have the right to rescind the Agreement upon written notice or terminate Line CLear’s status of exclusive operation upon written notice and seek for another partner within the agreed scope without bearing any liability for compensation.
