Applicable agency means GNMA, FNMA or FHLMC, as applicable.
Administrative agency or "agency" means each board, bureau, commission, department, or other administrative unit of the executive branch of state government, including one or more officers, employees, or other persons directly or indirectly purporting to act on behalf or under authority of the agency. An administrative unit located within or subordinate to an administrative agency must be treated as part of that agency to the extent it purports to exercise authority subject to this chapter. The term administrative agency does not include:
Administrative Agent's Payment Office means the address for payments set forth on the signature pages hereof in relation to the Administrative Agent or such other address as the Administrative Agent may from time to time specify in accordance with Section 10.01.
Procurement Office means Metrolinx Procurement Services office located at 277 Front Street West, 4th Floor, Mail Room, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5V 2X4.
Swingline Lenders means JPMorgan Chase Bank and any other Lender that agrees to act as a Swingline Lender, each in its capacity as a lender of Swingline Loans hereunder.
Website of the European Central Bank means the website of the European Central Bank currently at http://www.ecb.europa.eu or any successor website officially designated by the European Central Bank.
Agency and/or State Agency means the statutory unit of state government in the State of Missouri for which the equipment, supplies, and/or services are being purchased by the Division of Purchasing (Purchasing). The agency is also responsible for payment.
U.S. Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as lender of U.S. Swingline Loans hereunder.
Facility Office means the office or offices notified by a Lender to the Agent in writing on or before the date it becomes a Lender (or, following that date, by not less than five Business Days’ written notice) as the office or offices through which it will perform its obligations under this Agreement.
Local Facility Provider means HSBC Trinkaus & Xxxxxxxxx XX, Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd., Thailand, Bank of America, N.A., Canada Branch, FIA Card Services, N.A., Citibank N.A., Citibank (China) Co., Ltd., Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A., Integrante del Grupo Financiero Banamex, Bank of America, N.A., provided in each case it has become a party to, or by execution of an additional bank secured party acknowledgment has agreed to be bound by the terms of, the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement in its capacity as local facility provider.
Contract administration office also means a contract management office of the Defense Contract Management Agency.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Authorized Branches means those Branches of Distributors or Distribution Companies which are allowed by the Management Company to deal in Units of the Funds managed by the Management Company.
Facility Agent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.
Revolving Administrative Agent means the administrative agent under the Revolving Credit Agreement.
contracting office means US Government contracting office. The term "Government" means Buyer except in subparagraph (c)(5). The term "Government" does not mean Buyer as it is used in the
Environmental Protection Agency or “EPA” means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Canadian Audio Conferencing For Audio Conferencing Dial Out and Toll Free Meet-Me Access (1) originating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in Canada, and (2) originating in Canada and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Bank Office means the designated office for payment of the Bank as indicated on the signature page hereof. The Bank will notify the Issuer in writing of any change in location of the Bank Office.
State Load Despatch Centre or ”SLDC” means the centre established by the State Government for the purpose of exercising the powers and discharging the functions under Section 31 of the Act;
the Agency means the Environment Agency;
Canadian Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as lender of Canadian Swingline Loans hereunder.
Agent's Payment Office means the address for payments set forth on Schedule 11.02 or such other address as the Agent may from time to time specify.
Relevant Banking Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place where the specified office of the Registrar is located and, in the case only of an exchange of a Bearer Note for a Registered Note where such request for exchange is made to the Principal Paying Agent, in the place where the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent is located;
User Agency means any person, organisation or company or department of the Central Government or State Government making a request for diversion or de-notification of forest land for non-forest purpose or using forest land for non-forest purpose in accordance with the provisions contained in the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 (69 of 1980) and the rules made and guidelines issued, thereunder.
