Limiting Conditions definition

Limiting Conditions means geological, hydrological or soil conditions that restrict the ability of the soil in a dispersal field to eliminate effluent. Examples of limiting conditions may include but are not limited to: impervious material, bedrock, high groundwater, fractured rock, consolidated rock, and extreme percolation rates (less than one minute per inch or greater than 120 minutes per inch).
