Limited Assistance means care to a client who requires hands-on care involving guided
Limited Assistance means care to a client who requires hands-on care involving guided maneuvering of limbs with eating, toileting, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, self-monitoring of medications, or other tasks assigned that require hands on assistance half the time or less during the activity and does not meet the definition of extensive assistance.
Limited Assistance means that the resident is highly involved in performing a given activity, and yet still receives physical help in performing the activity.

Examples of Limited Assistance in a sentence

  • Client and Attorney have agreed that Attorney will provide services to the Client as indicated on the attached Addendum to Limited Assistance Representation Agreement (hereinafter, the “Addendum.”) Client understands Attorney will not perform any service unless the Client and Attorney have written the word “YES” and also initialed and dated next to that service in the Addendum.

  • Client and Attorney each acknowledge that the Addendum may be amended from time to time throughout the course of the Matter referenced on page 1 of the Limited Assistance Representation Agreement.
