Client and Attorney have agreed that Attorney will provide services to the Client as indicated on the attached Addendum to Limited Assistance Representation Agreement (hereinafter, the “Addendum.”) Client understands Attorney will not perform any service unless the Client and Attorney have written the word “YES” and also initialed and dated next to that service in the Addendum.
Client and Attorney each acknowledge that the Addendum may be amended from time to time throughout the course of the Matter referenced on page 1 of the Limited Assistance Representation Agreement.
If the Client decides to retain the Attorney as the Client’s Attorney of record for handling the entire Matter on the Client’s behalf, and if Attorney further agrees to be so retained, then the Client and the Attorney will enter into a new written Agreement for full-service representation setting forth that fact, identifying the Attorney’s additional responsibilities in the Client’s Matter, and identifying that Limited Assistance Representation under this Agreement has terminated.
Attorney may withdraw at any time as permitted under the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct and the Massachusetts Uniform Trial Court Rule on Limited Assistance Representation.
The Agreement acknowledges the Atlas Copco Australia Pty Limited Assistance With Study policy and confirms the continuation of Company encouragement and assistance to all personnel who wish to undertake external work related studies.
