Limited Accessibility definition

Limited Accessibility means complete or partial restriction of traffic along a Motorway lane due to Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and other Motorway works which affect accessibility within the limits of Limited Accessibility set forth by the Agreement, or due to other reasons in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
