Limited Accessibility definition
Limited Accessibility means complete or partial restriction of traffic along a Motorway lane due to Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and other Motorway works which affect accessibility within the limits of Limited Accessibility set forth by the Agreement, or due to other reasons in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

In case of Tank Railcar Deliveries, the quantity of Products delivered shall be determined by the relevant loading Terminal’s proven metering device readings, provided that if such readings are not available, the Terminal Operator will use best practices in accordance with industry standards.
