Limited Access Data definition

Limited Access Data means Record Data that is viewable through the ORCID Registry only by the Individual, a Trusted Individual or specified Trusted Organizations.
Limited Access Data is a Supplier’s PQF, specific insurance information, any and all data gathered during an Audit, and EMR and OSHA data.
Limited Access Data refers to a Supplier’s data contained in the prequalification forms (PQFs), specific insurance information, safety statistics such as experience modification rate (EMR) and OSHA data, any and all data gathered during an Audit, and Workers’ data if the Supplier uses Avetta’s worker product(s).
