Change in service means any addition to, deletion from, suspension of or other modification, to the Services, or to the quality, function or as delineated in this agreement, including any such addition, deletion, suspension or other modification, which requires a change in one or more of the service specification and the completion schedule.
trade in services means the supply of a service: (i) from the Area of a Party into the Area of the other Party (“cross-border supply mode”); (ii) in the Area of a Party to the service consumer of the other Party (“consumption abroad mode”); (iii) by a service supplier of a Party, through commercial presence in the Area of the other Party (“commercial presence mode”); and (iv) by a service supplier of a Party, through presence of natural persons of that Party in the Area of the other Party (“presence of natural persons mode”); and
Deficiency in service means, not deploying the full contingent of the Data Entry Operator requisitioned on time, non-replacement of Data Entry Operator who are found to be un- suitable, failure to provide suitable replacement to the absentees, non-payment of wages within the time prescribed, short payment of wages, short remittance of statutory payments, failure to submit the relevant details of the Data Entry Operator deployed to the Department, failure to submit/file statutory statements/returns as per the requirement of the applicable laws and violation of any of the condition in the contract agreement.
No-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights means the rights to schedule energy withdrawals from a specified point on the Transmission System. Non-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Withdrawals scheduled using Non-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.
Clause B Distribution shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).
