LIKE ASSETS definition
LIKE ASSETS means, as of the date of any determination thereof, fixed or capital assets used or to be used by one or more members of the Restricted Group in the lines of business in which the Restricted Group is engaged as of the Effective Date or in a business reasonably related thereto.
LIKE ASSETS means, as of the date of any determination thereof, capital assets, used or to be used by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary in the lines of business in which the Company or such Restricted Subsidiary is engaged as of the Closing Date or in businesses reasonably related thereto.
