LIGs mean the local implementation group or groups established by the Participating Cities pursuant to the provisions of sub-point (iii) of Section 3 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Plants means live plants and live parts of plants, including fresh fruit, vegetables and seeds;

  • Gasohol means a blended fuel composed of gasoline and fuel grade ethanol.

  • Clone means a non-flowering plant cut from a mother plant that is capable of developing into a new plant and has shown no signs of flowering.

  • Fabricating means to make, build, create, produce, or assemble components or property to work in a new or different manner.
