The Lightning Sensor will be delivered and installed on the Premises of the Host at the expense of TWN/MM.
The Host will provide reasonable physical access to the Lightning Sensor equipment by TWN/MM or its agents.
The Host is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Lightning Sensor and shall be held harmless unless the Host is found negligent.
Once installed, the Host agrees that it will not remove, relocate or otherwise change the placement of the Lightning Sensor equipment without the prior written approval of TWN/MM.

The Host will inform TWN/MM of any construction that may affect the Lightning Sensor performance.
The Host will not be responsible for Lightning Sensor equipment maintenance, unless mutually agreed to by the Parties at a later date.
If such notice is registered, TWN/MM shall discharge such notice upon the expiry or termination of this agreement and removal of the Lightning Sensor.
