Lightning Sensor definition

Lightning Sensor means all equipment related to the detecting and processing of lightning stroke occurrences which includes, but is not limited to, the stroke antenna, the Global Positioning System antenna, the sensor receiver unit and all circuitry contained therein.

  • The Lightning Sensor will be delivered and installed on the Premises of the Host at the expense of TWN/MM.

  • The Host will provide reasonable physical access to the Lightning Sensor equipment by TWN/MM or its agents.

  • The Host is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Lightning Sensor and shall be held harmless unless the Host is found negligent.

  • The Host will not be responsible for Lightning Sensor equipment maintenance, unless mutually agreed to by the Parties at a later date.

  • If such notice is registered, TWN/MM shall discharge such notice upon the expiry or termination of this agreement and removal of the Lightning Sensor.
