  • The Equipment shall remain the property of Lightnet at all times and upon termination the Customer agrees to return the Equipment to Lightnet.

  • Accordingly, Lightnet maintains the right to terminate any user’s connection following the detection of any high volume data transfer, server hosting, or non-traditional end user activity as determined by Lightnet.

  • Promptly after receipt by the Indemnified Party of notice of any claim or the commencement of any action or proceeding covered by the indemnity pursuant to this Section 17.2, the Indemnified Party shall notify the indemnifying party in writing of such claim or the commencement of such action or proceeding.
