Lighting Zone definition

Lighting Zone has the meaning set out in Section 26 50 01 of Appendix 6-2 [Technical Specifications];
Lighting Zone or “zone” means a lighting zone prescribed in Regulations;
Lighting Zone means an overlay zoning system establishing legal limits or regulations for lighting for particular parcels, areas or districts in a community.

Examples of Lighting Zone in a sentence

  • The relevant Lighting Zone is the one for legal property receiving the chestnut from one adjacent property.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the Developer has voluntarily limited the Total Outdoor Light Output for the Residential Development to a lumen level that does not exceed that currently permitted for Single-family Residential development in Lighting Zone One.

  • Blinking, flashing, moving, revolving, flickering, changing intensity or color, chase lighting, rope lights, and neon, except lighting which is required for public safety: Lighting Zone 1 (commercial districts only).
