Light Wands definition

Light Wands means the device for use in the Field described on EXHIBIT A to this Agreement and which is intended to emit the light generated by the Light Source for the purpose of illuminating the Sealant and completing the sealing process.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no Purchase Minimum shall be established for, and Genzyme shall have no minimum purchase obligation with respect to, Light Sources, Light Wands and Lamp Modules.
