Lift Equipment definition

Lift Equipment shall refer to Geared Traction Elevators, Gearless Traction Elevators, Hydraulic Elevators, Escalators, Stage Lifts, Wheelchair Lifts and Dumbwaiters collectively.

  • The Contractor shall be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing the Lift Equipment identified and all associated components not specifically listed that are supplemental to and a part of the operation of the overall Lift Equipment.

  • The time of day that each Lift Equipment unit can be shut down for routine maintenance shall be scheduled with the Authorized User Representative to minimize the disruption caused by the Lift Equipment being out of service.

  • The number(s) of Lift Equipment units removed from service at one time shall be pre- approved by the Authorized User Representative, and typically not more than one (1) Lift Equipment unit shall be removed from service at a time.

  • The Contractor shall provide to the Authorized User Representative the reason for keeping the Lift Equipment out of service for longer than sixty (60) minutes, and the estimated timeframe to return the Lift Equipment back to service.

Related to Lift Equipment

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Mobile x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment mounted on a permanent base with wheels and/or casters for moving while completely assembled.
