Lifetime Members definition

Lifetime Members means those Members of this Organization who currently meet all the requirements of subsection 2.1.3. of the Bylaws.
Lifetime Members means a Member who has been granted membership for life, often in recognition of significant contributions to the organization, and enjoys the rights of a Voting Member without the obligation of paying annual dues, and a “Lifetime Member” means any one of them;

Examples of Lifetime Members in a sentence

  • Lifetime Members are exempt from reoccurring range maintenance fee.

  • Active membership shall also be open to all Lifetime Members as designated according to the Bylaws of this Association.

  • The Non-voting Members and Honorary Lifetime Members shall have no voting rights as Members of the Association.

  • Voting Members shall have no voting rights as Members of the Association and shall be comprised exclusively of the Local League Members and any Honorary Lifetime Members.

  • The Association may also establish a third non-voting class comprised of any Honorary Lifetime Members, as further described in the Articles and By-laws.

Related to Lifetime Members

  • Lifetime means the time period over which Energy Savings will be delivered and for the purposes of Schedules B, C, D, E, and G are for reference only, as the relevant time period is already taken into account in the savings factors in those Schedules.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.
