Lifetime Discount definition
Lifetime Discount means the lifetime associate discount awarded as a post- employment benefit to certain current and former employees of the Sears Canada Entities who qualified for such discount by virtue of satisfying applicable age and service eligibility criteria (and, for greater certainty, such current and former employees shall be included in the definition of “Retiree” for the purposes of this Order);
