Life Sciences Center mean the property and the improvements covered by the Development Plan which at this time consists of approximately 295 acres bounded by Key West Avenue on the north, Shady Grove Road on the east, Great Seneca Highway on the west and West ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ the south, and including an approximately 6.92 acre parcel on the west side of Great Seneca Highway adjacent to the Public Service Training Academy, all of which land is in Mont▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇nty, Maryland.
Life Sciences Center means the Shady Grove Life Sciences Center in Mont▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇nty, Maryland
