Life Notes definition

Life Notes means the “Promissory Notes” from time to time issued by, and evidencing “Loans” made to, GWG Life Settlements under, and as each such term is defined in, the Note Issuance and Security Agreement.), as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with their terms and the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Life Notes in a sentence

  • Since June 14, 2011, no GWG Party has issued, and each GWG Party agrees that it shall not permit the issuance of, any Life Notes except for refinancing of Life Notes funded by existing Life Note investors that do not have the effect of increasing the outstanding principal balance of the Life Notes.

  • Effective as of the Effective Date (as defined in Section 3 below), each of the Lender and the Agent hereby consents to the following: Life Notes.
