Life Facility definition

Life Facility means an unsecured credit facility among one or more Subsidiaries and one or more lenders to be entered into [on or after the Restatement Effective Date] providing for the issuance of letters of credit up to an aggregate stated amount of $50,000,000 to support each such Subsidiary's obligations under one or more Reinsurance Agreements pursuant to which the ceding party has ceded to such Subsidiary certain life insurance risks.
