Life Damage definition
Life Damage. (Sinistro Vita) means the death of a Debtor covered under the relevant Insurance Policy, upon occurrence of which the relevant Insurance Company shall pay the Indemnity to Pitagora and, upon transfer of the Receivables to the Issuer, to the Issuer in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Insurance Policy.
