Lien amount definition

Lien amount means the difference between the monthly amount of support due and the arrears in a case.

Lien amount therein is solely for use in calculating the Borrowing Base and shall not prohibit, limit, or restrict (a) Agent's lien against each Facility pursuant to the Financing Documents; or (b) any of Agent's remedies provided in a Financing Document.
