  • Upon receipt of such ten (10) day notice, the Licensor Representative will determine and inform Licensee whether a flagman need be present and whether any special protective or safety measures need to be implemented.

  • Any action, consent or approval by the Licensor Representative under this Agreement shall be binding on Licensor.

  • Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.
