Licensing Unit definition

Licensing Unit means the Compliance and Licensing Enforcement Unit of the Enforcement Division;
Licensing Unit means the unit within the Department responsible for issuing Child Care Licenses and regularly monitoring those Child Care Licenses to ensure adherence to the Regulations.

More Definitions of Licensing Unit

Licensing Unit means a measurement for which the use of the Service based on which the license fee is calculated. By way of example and without limiting the foregoing definition, licensing units may be concurrent users (employees and/or administrative), and sites.
