Licensing Royalties has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

Examples of Licensing Royalties in a sentence

  • Within 60 days after termination or expiration of the Agreement, Atossa will pay to Licensor all Licensing Royalties that it owes for sale of Licensed Products prior to the date of termination or expiration.
