Licensing Purpose definition

Licensing Purpose means in the ordinary course of the Client’s business and for the use(s) envisaged in the Supplier’s published marketing materials for the Hosted Services.
Licensing Purpose means use in Health & Safety management and compliance for the benefit of the Client’s business only, as envisaged in Notify’s published marketing materials of the Hosted Services, excluding the Prohibited Purpose.
Licensing Purpose means internal use only, solely in connection with the Client’s veterinary business, and for the use(s) envisaged in the Supplier’s published marketing materials for the Hosted Services.
