Licensing Inspector definition

Licensing Inspector means a person appointed as a licensing inspector under section 30 (1 ) or a person referred to in section 30 (2 ) whenever his services are being used as referred to in section 30 (2) ;
Licensing Inspector means the person designated and authorized in writing by the Chief Administrative Officer to administer and enforce the requirements of this Bylaw
Licensing Inspector means a Peace Officer or an inspector appointed to assist in carrying out the administration and enforcement of this Bylaw and includes the Licensing Officer.
