Licensing Inquiry means any inquiry, notice or other communication, whether written, verbal, or in electronic form, from any Governmental Authority relating to any licensing requirements which may be applicable to the Borrower or the Check-Casher in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agree▇▇▇▇ ▇r any other Transaction Document.
