Licensing Basis means the ITAAC, COL, UFSAR (including, but not limited to, the plant-specific design-basis information defined in 10 C.F.R. § 50.2 documented therein) and other NRC rules, regulations, and requirements applicable to the Facility, including, but not limited to, the licensee’s written commitments for ensuring compliance with and operation within applicable NRC requirements and the Facility-specific design basis (including, but not limited to, all modifications and additions to such commitments that are docketed and in effect over the term of the COL).
