Licensing Area definition

Licensing Area means all waters in the Treaty Area except for:
Licensing Area means any area for which there is a separate licensing board;

More Definitions of Licensing Area

Licensing Area means the Nairobi Area and any area declared by the Minister, by notice in the Gazette, to be a licensing area for the purposes of this Act;
