Licensing Area definition
Licensing Area means all waters in the Treaty Area except for:

More Definitions of Licensing Area
Licensing Area means the Nairobi Area and any area declared by the Minister, by notice in the Gazette, to be a licensing area for the purposes of this Act;
Licensing Area means a district court area prescribed by law for the purposes of the transaction of licensing business, and when used in relation to licensed premises means the district court area as so prescribed in which the licensed premises are situated;
Licensing Area means the licensing area of a licensing authority ascertained in accordance with the provisions of the First Schedule;
Licensing Area means a geographical area centred at a given geographical coordinates of a named location (which is usually a district/town);
