Licensee Network definition

Licensee Network means the network of computers owned, leased or otherwise controlled by Licensee, to which access is limited to authorized individuals or computers, such as a local area network, intranet or virtual private network.
Licensee Network means the hardware and software components, including client machines, servers, and internetworking devices within Licensee’s internal computer network at Licensee’s location.
Licensee Network means the Licensee’s private internal physical or virtual network (as agreed to, or determined, by BMT), created to share services within the Licensee’s organisation without public access.
