  • The Licensee Administrator, or his/her designee, shall make a written answer to the grievance within five (5) working days of receipt of a timely grievance and an effort shall be made to resolve the complaint in this manner.

  • For the post-admission assessment, the facility Licensee, Administrator, or Assistant Administrator will develop a written plan of care for the resident while living at the facility, based on observation of the resident, information obtained from the physician’s assessment and psych-social information obtained from the resident or their responsible party.

  • Any employee who feels subjected to discrimination or harassment should immediately report it to any of the following individuals: his/her immediate supervisor, or the Licensee Administrator or the Residential Administrator, or an officer of the Company.

  • Licensee or Licensee Administrator will immediately notify Sutter (and in any event within twenty-four (24) hours) if an Authorized User no longer requires access to SutterLink because his/her job duties have changed and/or the Authorized User is no longer employed or under contract with Licensee, so that Sutter can terminate such Authorized User’s access to SutterLink.
