The Licensee Administrator, or his/her designee, shall make a written answer to the grievance within five (5) working days of receipt of a timely grievance and an effort shall be made to resolve the complaint in this manner.

Any employee who feels subjected to discrimination or harassment should immediately report it to any of the following individuals: his/her immediate supervisor, or the Licensee Administrator or the Residential Administrator, or an officer of the Company.
Licensee or Licensee Administrator will immediately notify Sutter (and in any event within twenty-four (24) hours) if an Authorized User no longer requires access to SutterLink because his/her job duties have changed and/or the Authorized User is no longer employed or under contract with Licensee, so that Sutter can terminate such Authorized User’s access to SutterLink.
