Licensed Varieties definition

Licensed Varieties means the varieties listed in Schedule 2.
Licensed Varieties means any varieties of Seed that you purchase from us or any Authorised Distributor which are subject to protection under the PBR Act.
Licensed Varieties means the varieties listed in Schedule 2. Loss means all liabilities, expenses, losses, damages and costs (including legal costs on a fullindemnity basis and whether incurred by or awarded against us).

Examples of Licensed Varieties in a sentence

  • Details means details of the Licensed Varieties, details of the Sale/purchase of Seed and Harvested Material, your name, your address, and details of your business or company (including ABN and CBH and/or NGR number).

  • This agreement is applicable to all future production of each of the Licensed Varieties described above.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Pacific Seeds and (if applicable) the owner of any PBR in the Licensed Varieties (Variety Owner) exclude any representation, warranties and liabilities, whether express or implied and whether statutory or otherwise, in relation to the Seed and the Licensed Varieties, including but not limited to any representation or warranty regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Such sale or disposal will breach this Agreement and may infringe PBR in the Licensed Varieties.

  • Our rights under this Contract in respect of one or more Licensed Varieties, You must pay the End Point Royalties in respect of those Licensed Varieties to the assignee, and the assignee will be entitled to exercise all other rights under this Contract in respect of such Licensed Varieties, in each case as set out in the notice of assignment.

  • Harvested Material means the grain, fodder or hay produced from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Upon termination of the Production License under this Section 2.3(c), Seller shall (and ensure all third party contractors): (a) destroy all Licensed Varieties and/or Durum Wheat Products; (b) cease all development and production work on the Licensed Varieties and/or Durum Wheat Products; (c) cease all production of grain from Licensed Varieties and/or Durum Wheat Products; and (d) destroy all remaining inventory of durum grain from Licensed Varieties and/or Durum Wheat Products.

  • Details means details of the Licensed Varieties, details of the Sale/purchase of Seed and Harvested Material, Your name, Your address, Your email address, Your phone number and details of Your business or company (including ABN and CBH and/or NGR number).


More Definitions of Licensed Varieties

Licensed Varieties means the varieties owned or licensed by Us and available for licensing under the terms of this Contract, as listed and as updated from time to time in the EPR Schedule displayed on the AGT Website. Loss means all liabilities, expenses, losses, damages and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis and whether incurred by or awarded against us).
Licensed Varieties means switchgrass varieties NF/GA992 and NF/GA993 collectively, and “LICENSED VARIETY” means NF/GA992 or NF/GA993, individually, as the case may be.
