Licensed Units definition

Licensed Units means each billable element of the Software functionality such as a Tunnel that you implement through your use of the Controller(s). The Software Order shall identify the type(s) of Licensed Units and may establish a usage limit.
Licensed Units mean a number of units under a License Metric that limits the Use of the licensed Software (e.g. 10M, 50 Nodes, 1000 Sessions or any other units under a License Metric set forth in a SKU or associated SSLA (if any) or License Entitlement).
Licensed Units means the total number of DVD units licensed to -------------- Retailer hereunder.

  • The desktop license (the “Desktop License”) consists of the right to install and use the Font Software on the number of Licensed Units (i.e. computing devices) in the geographical places specified in your Order.

More Definitions of Licensed Units

Licensed Units means the aggregate number of lettable units for which the Service is used by the Buyer as may be stated in an Order Form or otherwise in writing agreed by the parties at the Call Off Contract Start Date and by reference to which number this Licence is restricted and the Call Off Contract Charges are set.
Licensed Units means the total number of units for which Customer is authorized to use the Products, as set forth on the applicable Product Schedule.
