Licensed Trade Name definition

Licensed Trade Name means the corporate name Apollo Residential Mortgage, Inc. and any variation thereof including the term APOLLO that is used by Licensed Users.

Licensed Trade Name means the corporate name Altisource Asset Management Corporation and any variation thereof including the term ALTISOURCE that is used by Licensed Users.

Licensed Trade Name means the trade name “HXXXXX” without a stylized “A”.

Examples of Licensed Trade Name in a sentence

• If Licensee intends not to renew any Licensed Domain Name, Licensed Social Media Handle or Licensed Trade Name that it has registered for the benefit of UL (including any registered prior to the date hereof), it shall notify UL in writing no later than ninety (90) days prior to expiration of the registration for such Licensed Domain Name, Licensed Social Media Handle or Licensed Trade Name.

• UL may elect to renew such Licensed Domain Name, Licensed Social Media Handle or Licensed Trade Name in its sole discretion and thereafter shall maintain any such Licensed Domain Name, Licensed Social Media Handle or Licensed Trade Name at its sole discretion, cost and expense.

• Any mark approved pursuant to this paragraph shall be owned solely and exclusively by the Licensor and after approval shall be deemed a Licensed Trade Name pursuant to this Agreement.

• Section 2.1. Altisource hereby grants Licensed Users a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, royalty-free license to use and display the Licensed Trade Name and the Licensed Xxxx worldwide solely in connection with the Licensed Activities.

• Accordingly, Licensed Users agree that in the event of such breach or threatened breach, in addition to remedies at law, Altisource shall have the right to enjoin Licensed Users from the unlawful and/or unauthorized use of the Licensed Trade Name and/or the Licensed Xxxx and other equitable relief to protect Altisource’s rights in the Licensed Xxxx.

Licensed Trade Name means the corporate name Altisource Residential Corporation and any variation thereof including the term ALTISOURCE that is used by Licensed Users.

Licensed Trade Name means the limited liability company name ETRE Residential, LLC and any variation thereof including the term ETRE that is used by Licensed Users.

Licensed Trade Name means the Trade name “Delco Electronics” when used in relation to the business of Delco Electronics Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (Exhibit D).

Licensed Trade Name means the corporate name Apollo Investment Corporation and any variation thereof that includes the Licensed Xxxx and is approved for use by Licensor.
