Licensed Standards definition

Licensed Standards means (i) with respect to the licenses granted to SpecCo or the SpecCo Licensees, as applicable, hereunder, the AgCo Licensed Standards and (ii) with respect to the licenses granted to AgCo or the AgCo Licensees, as applicable hereunder, the SpecCo Licensed Standards.
Licensed Standards means 2G Licensed Standards, 3G Licensed Standards, 4G Licensed Standards, and other standards currently or subsequently promulgated by standards setting organizations such as ETSI, 3GPP, 3GPP2, IEEE, ARIB, OMA, ITU-T, and IETF.
Licensed Standards means the 3G Licensed Standards, the 4G Licensed Standards, and the 5G Licensed Standards.

  • The Parties acknowledge that from time to time applicable Law may conflict with and supersede aspects of AgCo Licensed Standards and Licensor shall have no obligation to Licensee with respect thereto in such event.

  • The terms of the licenses and other grants of rights (and related obligations) under this Agreement (the “Term”) shall remain in effect (a) to the extent with respect to the Patents and Copyrights licensed hereunder, on a Patent-by-Patent and Copyright-by-Copyright basis, until expiration, invalidation or abandonment of such Patent or Copyright (as applicable) and (b) with respect to Business Software, Remainco Licensed Standards and all other Licensed IP, in perpetuity.

More Definitions of Licensed Standards

Licensed Standards mean the following PHS, PDC, iDen, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, IS-54/136, DECT, TETRA, W-CDMA (FDD and TDD), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ [including 1x, EV-DV, EV-DO], and similar standards adopted on a regional basis (e.g. ARIB FDD), each as amended from time to time. TIA/EIA 95 shall not constitute a Licensed Standard.

Related to Licensed Standards

  • PCI Standards means the applicable Data Security Standards published by the PCI Security Standards Council.

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form;

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.
