Licensed Seismic Data definition
Licensed Seismic Data is defined in Section 9.13.
Licensed Seismic Data means the Seismic Data the Vendor has the right to use and to transfer pursuant to the license agreements described in Schedule "F";
Licensed Seismic Data means all seismic data that has been licensed by Chinook or WOGH, but only to the extent such information and data covers the Lands and the terms of the applicable licence allow Chinook and WOGH to show or disclose such data and assign and transfer Chinook's and WOGH's interests in and to such data to COI without any costs to Chinook or WOGH or any fees or other compensation payable to the licensor of such data.
