Licensed Network referred to above means all telecommunications infrastructure, including switching centers and base stations, installed, operated, maintained, possessed and/or used by the Licensee and necessary for providing the Licensed Services, whether such infrastructure is owned, leased, or otherwise acquired by the Licensee.
