Licensed MAS Technology definition

Licensed MAS Technology means the MAS Technology licensed to CBI and its Affiliates pursuant to Section 2.2(a) of the Exclusive License Agreement and the MAS Technology licensed pursuant to the MAS Agreements (as amended and assigned pursuant to Sections 2.1 through 2.4 of the Assignment Agreement).

  • Except as provided below, MAS, LumiCyte and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ each agree to keep strictly confidential all information comprising the Licensed MAS Technology, the Baylor Technology, the LumiCyte Assigned Technology, the MAS Assigned Technology and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Assigned Technology, and further agrees not to use such information for any purpose.
