licensed hotel definition
licensed hotel means a building designed to comply with the requirements of a hotel as laid down in the Liquor Act No. 30 of 1928, as amended, and includes premises for off-sales of liquor;
licensed hotel. ( ) means a hotel within the meaning of section 2 of the Hotel and Guesthouse Accommodation Ordinance (Cap. 349) and is licensed under section 8 of that Ordinance or the licence of which is renewed under section 9 of that Ordinance;
