Licensed Apparel definition

Licensed Apparel means (a) clothing articles specifically and primarily manufactured for, and intended for use by, Hockey or Skating participants during competition, training for competition or Hockey or Skating recreation; (b) accessories (including bags, backpacks and water bottles) that are marketed to, or appeal to, a Hockey or Skating athlete or fan; (c) Shower Sandals; and (d) leisurewear and casual wear specifically made for or appealing to a Hockey or Skating athlete or fan or bearing Hockey and Skating Indicia other than the Licensed ▇▇▇▇ itself); provided, however, that “Licensed Apparel” does not include (i) footwear other than Shower Sandals or (ii) clothing articles or accessories specifically and primarily manufactured for participants in athletic activities other than Hockey or Skating. For the avoidance of doubt, bags, backpacks and water bottles will be deemed to be Licensed Apparel and not Licensed Equipment.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Artist will not be entitled to receive any compensation pursuant to clause (2) of this Section 8(a) for any units of Licensed Apparel sold by Woot during the first day that the Licensed Apparel is made available to the general public.

Related to Licensed Apparel

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Competitive Products shall include any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with, is substantially similar to, or serves as a reasonable substitute for, any product or service in research, development or design, or manufactured, produced, sold or distributed by the Company;

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.
