Licensed Accessories definition

Licensed Accessories means men’s headwear, bag, shoes, belt, scarf, wristwatch, tie and other accessories approved in writing by Licensor which belong to the Product Line.
Licensed Accessories means all Accessories of LICENSEE which have the Licensed Trademarks affixed or attached thereto in any manner.
Licensed Accessories means Accessories solely for the Channel, but not otherwise, and that bear and/or are marketed in connection with any one or more of the Licensed Marks.

  • Licensee is authorized to produce and sell the Licensed Accessories only if such Licensed Accessories are deemed necessary or desirable for the purpose of the sale of the Licensed Clothing.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
